The Unsuccessful Elf

Ford, the brain behind Kiddie Records Weekly tells us: "Paul Wing, one of my favorite storytellers, narrates this charming tale about Edgar, a baby elf that grows much too fast. The beautifully illustrated sleeve is by "Reairuin." Does anybody have any information on this artist? "
