Scary Monsters
Gōjin Ishihara's work graced the pages of numerous kids' books in the 1970s. I think I'm wishing I was born in Kyoto. The Hardy Boys pale in comparison.

Looks like "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Gone Bad" attacking unsuspecting youths dressed in fundoshi's. Crikey, the children will have nightmares.
