Just the freeze frame is terrifying enough.
Ahhh Bozo Thee Clown !
Was Bozo the clown a national treasure or was he a regional clown ? I grew up in Va. Beach Virgina in the early 1960s, and remember my older brother attending one of Bozo the Clowns studio television shows in Norfolk Va.
Fabulous web site..
Answered my own question.. Bozo the Clown did host the show in Norfolk Va. .. it aired on WTAR TV in Norfolk Va.

Behind the Nose by Larry "Bozo" Harmon was a fun read. A featured selection in the bookclub Johnnyuma & I have: http://www.facebook.com/home.php?ref=home#!/group.php?gid=136983216348733
Such was my respect for Bozo, in 1967 when PCL's own "Bob" was born, I begged our parents to name him Bozo. They went with Robert, a family name. I was quite disturbed.
