If you are a fan of British comedies like Benny Hill and the "Carry On" series, then this movie from 1977 will prove to be a lot of fun! Sadly, the American issue of the movie seems tot have several chunks of the film cut out. Worth tracking down to see the entire film. Funny, sexy and often cute, the movie is a strong R, but nothing outrageous. Great party strip scene where it's "hilarious" that the trollish looking guy is trying to dope the girls drinks with some "love juice" to get them acting "wild". And the not to be missed "man with jam jar stuck up his behind" scene! Nothing a broom handle, elbow grease and some plaster of Paris can't solve!

Touch of Evil

Orson Welles' Touch of Evil opens with this audacious continuous tracking shot that has been dissected by every film school student in the past 50 years. It is three minutes of remarkable film and is accentuated by the Harry Mancini score that brings it to life.

"Orson Welles had a perception of everything in the film, including the music. He knew. He truly understood film scoring. And since he was making a grimly realistic film, I think he reasoned that even the music had to be rooted in reality. And that meant it all had to come from the story itself; it would have to be source cues."

CERRONE - Cerrone's Paradise

Okay, here's trying not to be a lazy bastard and post a little more than just another youtube clip, without any kind of a story to go with it.
He is almost sixty years and grey now, but still alive and kicking: Marc Cerrone! (Kermit: YEAHHHHHHHHH!!!) I've got all of his records and I play them almost every day. No, that's not true. It's actually a bold lie. I only have one record of Cerrone and I played it once or twice, I think. Anyway, I didn't buy it for the music, but for the girl on the cover that fitted nicely into my sleeve-girls project, but then the picture was removed by photobucket, because of violation of terms and I had to upload it to my own account and now it is hotlinked by others and causing bandwidth overflow. Info on youtube says this clip was done by the Monty Python team.
