The space pics look like Chesley Bonstell, but the dinos sure look like the work of Rudy Zallinger, who lived in my home town and did the fantastic murals at the Peabody Museum in New Haven, CT.

YES! Looks like many of the dino paintings are the work of Rudy Zallinger. I just scanned the illustration and photo credits from the back of the book and added them to the post. There is no mention of Chesley Bonstell, but that style of space illustration was pretty common in the 50s/60s. It all starts to look very similar.
