When you watch this part of the movie, it was shot in front of a blue screen. I assume they were going to put something in place of the blue screen, but someone decided they should not. So, it's a perfect blue screen for anyone with decent video tools to just have fun with. I have to admit Manson was an interesting choice here!
Ann-Margret sure looked good in that movie!!!
This was also used in a Mad Men episode and, like the ad men on the show said, after one listening, that song really grates on your nerves.
