Smoooooth

I love when music originally posted in 2007 is still around--especially when it's by Mike Sammes & Co. And has a version of Limehouse Blues in dubious taste.

Take it From Me, this is Probably Good

Music from the Mike Sammes Singers, so I'm guessing it has some sort of artistic merit--something I downloaded recently gave my computer a horrible virus and poor Mr. Baikinange had to wipe everything out and frankly I'm just going to wait quietly for him to get home from work to help me open the file and set up the speakers--yes I know, I am worthless. But I did point you in the direction of this (possibly) good album!

Sounds Sensational

It's a good day when there's a new (to me) collection by Mike Sammes made available, with great tunes like the Telephone song, below. Get it at In Flight.

The Mike Sammes Singers

Mr Snookles says: "... To me these guys (and dolls) are the sound of the 60's. They provided background sounds for countless TV shows, and appeared on records from Henry Mancini to Tom Jones to The Beatles.Essential easy listening."
