Tennis For Two


"Tennis for Two, the first "computergame", built in 1958.
It was created by William Higinbotham almost 50 years ago and this video shows the entire setup in action. The video is complete with the awesome clicking sounds. It's a pleasure to watch.
The game itself is what could be considered a spiritual predecessor to Pong. It's not technically a computergame, because it actually ran on analogue technology, not on a digital machine, such as a computer. ..."
