The japanese gallery of psychiatric art

As this site states, this is the Japanese version of the american gallery of psychiatric art. So this is obviously The japanese gallery of psychiatric art. I like this one in particular. It's kind of a nice image of the turbulence the fragile brain sometimes contains.
Ok. This is a rather depressing place. But you will find some great and powerful artistery and some exclusively horrifying stuff. This makes me wonder. Is this the place where the Japanese government lock up their mental cases and then throw away the key...? (thanks once again to link-master Johnny)
