Coke Bottle Trumpet.

Fake. The trumpet sound is coming from a totally different direction than his voice (headphones help locate the soundfield), and it definitely sounds like a metal trumpet, not a plastic pop bottle. And it sounds nothing like the one in the other video seen at Music for Maniacs.

Yep, gonna go with Mr. Armpit - the Coke-bottle trumpet vid I posted has more of an kazoo-ish sound, not really like a real trumpet.
