Mr. Lucky's Presents Reedy Hall and The Hallmarks

Mark at Appearing In The Motel Lounge shines on with another jewel from the lounge universe. Private press engineered by Porter Wagoner. Brief jacket notes by Faron Young: These days it takes a lot of things to make a good album. It takes good songs, good singers, good musicians, good studio, etc. When you listen to this album, I think you'll find it to be a record that stands on its own. Good luck. Amen.

Polka Kats

A real warbler for ya. From the sounds of it, the lead singer liked his Roofies.

Another gift from Mark Betcher of Appearing In The Motel Lounge.

The Rhodes Kids Christmas

ETEWAF

ETEWAF: From WIRED a couple of months ago. I have run out of interest. Everybody seems to have eaten Quake and Quisp with Wanda Jackson and Hasil Adkins while wearing their soupy Sales Fan Club Badge, nowadays.

I go do now.

Yes- YES there's an ad at the beginning of the clip I CAN'T HELP THAT. Hit mute or something.

I find that this is always a real pick-me-up, Dave's "I Can't Read":

Yes I'm all curmudgeon-y today.
