Desuko: Is this a clip from a KIDS, INCORPORATED program (from the 80s) or a bit put together (recently) by the comedy duo, Tim & Eric? Either way, I laughed 'til I cried and my joints rusted shut.

Yeah, it's a "Kids Incorporated" clip, with some slight re-editing by the EIT crew.
