Becca over at No Smoking in the Skull Cave has found a few fun pieces of Beatles memorabilia from back in the day. I'm not sure that the same kids who were buying the Beatles bow ties were reading this particular tract, though.But that leads to the next new find -- a new music project called The Beatles Complete on Ukulele. A couple of Brooklyn lads (and assorted guest artists) are recording ukulele-based covers of every Beatles original tune and releasing one a week. This week's track is "Run For Your Life."
The project began on Inauguration Day and the grand finale is planned to coincide with the opening of the 2012 Olympics. Mighty ambitious for guys with funny little guitars, eh?
