Yeah, the world of big sports events mascots is intriguing.
Some of the World Cup Mascots 1966-2002 (for football the way it is supposed to be played) are really cool. That page should have been updated with the German World Cup 2006 mascot by now, but somehow I now understand why this haven't been done... (FWAK's own mascot would have been 1000.000 times more worthy on such an important mission)
Sweden are (of course!) qualified for 2006 World Cup series and we have no need to design ourself a mascot. We have one already.
