Growing up young, dumb, and punk in Detroit wasn't always a picnic, but there was an upside, the music. For me, in the early to mid 80's Hamtramck, a mostly Polish neighborhood of Detroit, was the place to be. Especially when the 3D Invisibles played. A Garage trio which exalted B movie horror aesthetics. Led by video store clerk Creepy Rick. A cross between Lux Interior and Buddy Holly.
