A question for blogger bloggers

I haven't been able to use the "add image" option for weeks.
What am I doing wrong??

Advice me please. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Updated: This seems to be widely spread problem. Thanks to Mr. Stringfellow who sent this link to a google groups thread about Image Uploading problems.
